Meetings Rooms
The Town of Davie offers meeting rooms at various locations throughout the Town. Davie based civic groups, clubs or non-profit groups that do not have their own facility to host meetings will be charged the reduced rate of $25 to $45 per meeting as listed below. Those groups having their own facilities will be charged the normal and customary rental fees listed below. If you decide to cancel your reservation, please email parks_recreation@davie-fl.gov before your rental date. A $20 administrative fee for cancellation and a $10 administrative fee is charged if you change your date or time. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather or no-shows.
