Shelter Rentals

The Town of Davie has numerous park pavilions and shelters that are available to be reserved for events.

​Park/Shelter permits are issued on a first come first serve basis. Our facilities are rented throughout the year and are often reserved several months in advance. Dates are not guaranteed until the Town receives the payment for the permit. The Town reserves the right to cancel permits due to unforeseen circumstances or acts beyond our control.

If the date for the facility is available and is at least one month prior to rental date, the Town will utilize the mail-in permit system to reserve the date for you. If the date requested is within the same month, you will be instructed to come into the office and pay for the permit in cash or credit card.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please call 954-797-1147. There will be a $20 administrative fee charged if you cancel your reservation and a $10, change your date or time. There is also a $50 administrative fee charged if you cancel, change your date, time, or arrive late for Robbins Lodge. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather or no-shows.
