Welcome to the Town of Davie Procurement Division!

Mission: The mission of the Procurement Division is to provide for fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the Town; to maximize the purchasing value of public funds in procurement, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity.

Vision: The Procurement Division strives to join with vendors and Town departments to secure quality goods and services in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost while ensuring that all purchasing actions are conducted fairly and impartially.

Values: To support the Town’s and Budget & Finance Department’s overall mission to safeguard the Town’s financial resources and ensure adherence to our fiduciary responsibilities.

Procurement News

The Town of Davie's Procurement Division has recently been awarded the National Procurement Institute (NPI) Award of Excellence for 2020 the division has also recently received awards form   National Institute for Public Procurement's, NIGP OA4 Outstanding Agency Accreditation Achievement Award.  These awards recognizes agencies that lead the public procurement profession through the implementation of best practices. The Division has also been awarded for the past three consecutive years the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officers Award of Excellence in Procurement.
