Events

The Town of Davie Utilities Department participates in various events throughout the year, such as Broward County or Davie educational institution organized events.

An annually returning event is Water Matters Day. Water Matters Day, organized by Broward County, is an activity-filled event for the family. Its focus is teaching residents about the need to conserve water and to create awareness about the impact Broward residents have on our local water resources. Some highlights are: children’s activities, water conservation tips, interactive educational displays and food trucks. Each year the Town of Davie Utilities Department is present with a booth, providing giveaways and educational booklets on water conservation and on the importance of water in general. DUE TO COVID-19, MARCH 2021 WAS A VIRTUAL WATER MATTERS MONTH.
