PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER ISSUED FOR ORANGE BLOSSOM MOBILE HOME PARK FROM APRIL 6-8, 2020

En Espanol

DAVIE, Fla. – A precautionary boil water order has been issued for Orange Blossom Mobile Home Park located at 6651 Orange Drive (SW 45th Street). No other Davie residents or businesses are impacted by this notice. The order is effective from Monday, April 6 through Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until all bacteriological surveys show that the water is safe to drink. Residents are advised that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.

Water service is temporarily shut off to the area to allow the Town of Davie Utilities to complete an emergency repair to the water infrastructure along Orange Drive between SW 67th Avenue and SW 65th Avenue. The actual duration of the shut off will depend on the conditions encountered. Once the work has been completed, water service will be restored. Please note that the water may be discolored after the water service is restored but should clear up within a short time.

For any questions or concerns, please contact the Town of Davie Utilities at 954-327-3742 during business hours or 954-327-3750 after hours.
