EXECUTIVE SESSION 

NOTICE

NOVEMBER 18, 2020

4:30 P.M.

 

Location: Pine Island Multipurpose Center - Cypress Room

Please be advised that in accordance with F.S. 286.011(8), on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 4:30 p.m., the Town of Davie Town Council will hold an Executive Session in the Pine Island Multipurpose Center - Cypress Room, located at 3801 S. Pine Island Road, Davie FL. Those in attendance are: Mayor Judy Paul, Vice-Mayor Susan Starkey, Councilmembers Caryl Hattan, Marlon Luis, Michelle Whitman, Town Administrator Richard J. Lemack, Town Attorney Allan Weinthal. outside Counsel Eric McAliley and a court reporter. The subject of this session is: 

 

1.Case No. CACE 20012396 - Nelson Hurricane Cintron v. Town of Davie, et al

Pursuant to F.S. 286.011(8), this meeting is not open to the public.

 

Pursuant to Florida Statute §286.0105, anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the Town of Davie’s Town Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
