Memorial Day Parade and CeremonyMay 30, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. 6901 Orange Drive to 4201 Rodeo Way The Town of Davie and Boy Scouts of America will be hosting the annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on. The event is held to honor members of the United States armed forces who made the ultimate sacrifice serving in the military.

Town Hall Closeout CeremonyJune 11, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. 6591 Orange Drive The Town of Davie is hosting a Town Hall Closeout Ceremony at the former Town Hall. The gates to the facility will open at 10 a.m. and the ceremony will begin at 11:30 a.m., in the Council Chambers followed by refreshments on the lawn.

Child Safety Seat InstallationMay 28, 2022 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CarMax, 7420 W SR 94
The Davie Police Department will be hosting it’s Child Safety Seat Installation and the public is encouraged to stop by and have their child’s car safety seat checked by certified Police Officers and Traffic Unit Service Aide at no charge. Each check and installation will take approximately 30 minutes. Participants are asked to bring their vehicle owner’s manual and car seat manual.
All individuals who wish to participate must make an appointment with the Car Seat Event Coordinator CSA Dedra DeMiranda at 954-693-8358.

Housing Assistance Programs The Town of Davie Community Services Division has extended the First Time Homebuyer Program and Home Repair Program application deadlines until funds are expended.
Individuals interested in applying are encouraged to submit completed applications as soon as possible. Programs are only available to Davie homeowners and individuals seeking a home located in Davie, Florida.

Community Input on Public ArtThe Town of Davie is embarking on a Public Arts Master Plan and is currently seeking the community’s input to identify and plan for Davie’s long-term needs.
