The Town of Davie and Boy Scouts of America will be hosting the annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on. The event is held to honor members of the United States armed forces who made the ultimate sacrifice serving in the military.

Town Hall Closeout Ceremony

The Town of Davie is hosting a Town Hall Closeout Ceremony at the former Town Hall. The gates to the facility will open at 10 a.m. and the ceremony will begin at 11:30 a.m., in the Council Chambers followed by refreshments on the lawn.

Betty Booth Roberts Park Pool Reopens for the Summer

The Betty Booth Roberts Park pool located at 4200 SW 61st Avenue will reopen for weekends and holidays beginning Saturday, May 28, 2022, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Repairs to the George Anderson Pedestrian Bridge are Complete


The Town of Davie Engineering Division has completed the repairs to the George Anderson Bridge Pedestrian Bridge located between Orange Drive and Griffin Road, west of Southwest 65th Way.

The Town of Davie 2022 Tree Care Guide is now available for residents and business owners to download online at  www.davie-fl.gov/TreeCareGuide. 

FREE CHLORINE DISINFECTION FROM MAY 23 TO JUNE 20, 2022

The City of Sunrise Utilities Department Will Use Free Chlorine Disinfection from May 23 to June 20


The City of Sunrise Utilities Department will temporarily move from monochloramine to free chlorine disinfection in the water treatment system beginning May 23 to June 20, 2022. This notice only impacts residents who receive a utility bill from the City of Sunrise.

Housing Assistance Programs 


The Town of Davie Community Services Division has extended the First Time Homebuyer Program and Home Repair Program application deadlines until funds are expended.

Individuals interested in applying are encouraged to submit completed applications as soon as possible. Programs are only available to Davie homeowners and individuals seeking a home located in Davie, Florida.

Take the Public Art Survey

Last Call for Community Input on Public Art

The Town of Davie is embarking on a Public Arts Master Plan and is currently seeking the community’s input to identify and plan for Davie’s long-term needs.

The public is encouraged to complete the five-minute survey now available at www.davie-fl.gov/PublicArtSurvey. The survey is open to all residents, visitors, business owners, students and town employees now through May 31, 2022.
